Food:B, Food was fresh and hot. The vegetarian platter was disappointing , mostly grilled bell peppers and few pieces of eggplant, tomato and small mushrooms. Service: A, Hostess & waiter greeted us and were polite and courteous. Cleanliness: A,Dining area and outside patio were clean and bathroom was well stocked and clean. Value: B, prices high. Ambiance: A: Glad to see that they dropped Tony's slogan " Nothing leaves the kitchen without a charge " is no longer used

Beautiful ambiance with indoor or outdoor seating. Great service and absolutely amazing food. They have a large variety of food options, meat, seafood, salads and pastas. Plenty of vegetarian options also! Just so good!

I love it here, the food is always good and the ambiance is immaculate. It's a great lunch spot in Malibu and is around all of the shops. Definitely make a reservation as it's hard to walk in. The dip they bring to every table is so delicious and I crave it often! The menu has so many good options you can't go wrong. The service is always great and it's equally as good for lunch or dinner!

Okay Taverna Tony's-- Where do I begin?! My first time here a couple days ago, we had dinner for a friends birthday and WOW! I was definitely pleasantly surprised. They have indoor and outdoor seating but our party opted for the indoor that night - it was super cozy. We enjoyed their fun cocktails, fresh and filling Greek dishes, and pleasant vibe. I had a hard time choosing from their ample selection of drinks so our server helped me narrow down my choices to the Fig Blossom, which was absolutely delightful. My friends had an Aperol Spritz and Sangria and loved their drinks too. Be warned tho - the dip they bring out in the beginning is soooo addicting! We had to stop ourselves from filling up on it lol. Make sure you save room for their other goodies. For dinner we had a bunch of different plates, family style and it did not disappoint. The Server (I think her name was Abby) was super sweet and attentive, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. We asked for help on the menu and she made great suggestions. They seem like a decently busy place so I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and our server especially. The Horiatiki Salad, spanakopita & Rack of Lamb were some faves of mine For Dessert we had the Baklava and Tiramisu and they even came out to sing for my friends birthday! It was honestly such a great experience and I'm so glad I found this place. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a nice group dinner spot or even a fun little date night! I'll definitely be back with a bigger group to enjoy their live music on the weekend. I'm also eager to try their outdoor seating on a nicer day

We had my Daughters Baby shower here. I am so glad that we decided to have our party at Traverna Tony's Restaurant. The food was delicious and there was plenty for all my guests. The service was amazing, and all the servers really made it a stress free day for me so I was able to actually relax and enjoy my guests and the party. The presentation of food , drinks, and cake was wonderful. Everyone was just so kind and thoughtful. The outdoor patio was beautiful and we were allowed to decorate before the shower started. Everyone had a great meal and a great time at Traverna Tony's. The Baby shower was PERFECT! I want to thank Tatum who took her time and sat down with us and helped me plan everything. She is Awesome and so Attentive. She gives you choices and answers all questions, she made our party PERFECT! I am so thankful for her assistance as she made our party Stress free and beautiful! All my guests LOVED the baby shower and had a wonderful time. Thank you, I wish I could give more than 5 stars, I would love to add another 95 stars to this 5 star review. Great food, great staff, great music and great atmosphere. In addition, the Mimosas were really good!

Always a fantastic meal here! They never disappoint! Be prepared for a little bit of a food coma, the food is so delicious, you won't be able to resist. Everything here is really easy to order as shareable for the table. Their house dip is magical, their dolma (with meat) is second to my families homemade, you can never go wrong with their branzino, their filet souvlaki is exceptional (the rice that comes on the side is just as exceptional), and the list goes on and on :). The atmosphere here will make you feel like you're on vacation. I wouldn't continue to look into this anymore, just make a reservation asap, you will be so happy you did!

Fresh and tasty foods all around. Healthy taste without considering the compromised taste. I can tell they are using fresh sources by the taste. Nice mood, not so crowded. The servers are polite and responsive, constantly checking up on us. At the end of our dinner, there was a live music performance and a belly dance based on Greek culture. This is the third time I have visited here whenever I come by the Malibu area and definitely will come back again.

Had a very pleasant experience at Taverna Tony's for a birthday celebration. I arrived early and sat at the bar. They have a nice list of cocktails, beer and wine. Even wine from Greece! The bar is a little on the small side, but they did have one TV that was playing a sports game. At first look, the restaurant is gorgeous. Love the decor and overall elegant vibe.They have a sprawling outdoor patio that is heated that was packed with diners. The inside is also spacious. I saw lots of large groups dining together and it didn't feel cramped at all on the inside. Everything I had to eat here was amazing. The warm and fresh pita, dip platter and calamari were all fantastic starters for the table. You could order a bunch of plates to share for the table, since the portions are pretty healthy here. I ordered the Pastichio dish and it was perfect. Loved the veggies and potatoes it came with. I probably wouldn't have known about this place if it weren't for attending this birthday celebration, but now I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a nice meal in the Malibu area. Lots of parking available too!

I've been coming here for almost 30 years and even tho Tony sold the place about 7 years ago I was happy to see the same menu and food. It was also great to see some of the old staff I've known and they remembered me from about 30 years ago!! I can't begin to tell you how important this is for ambiance and business!
